MINDFULNESS WITH TEA

This workshop consists of a guided meditation, development of presence while fully engaging our senses with a delicious, organic cup of tea. By being in the present moment, this simple yet profound mind, body and community practice can provide a pathway of change.

Complimentary Hibiscus tea and ginger provided.

Evidence shows that a daily practice of Mindfulness can help to remove one from a state of overwhelming thoughts, worries and provide an opportunity to settle the mind, improving focus.

Learning the practice of Mindfulness can help to provide one with a tool to pause, reflect and improve mind space, thought process and reflection.

These workshops are $15 per person.
